It has been officially announced that there will be a Nebraska hardcore showcase at The Hole on Saturday, Sept. 20th. Most of the active hardcore bands in the state from the last year or two will be playing the gig. It has been quite some time since I've seen an all local hardcore show, and I'm expecting it to be really fun. Hopefully Hercules and Wasteoid can be added in there sometime before the event happens. There is also a "special guest" playing the show, and I honestly have no idea who it can be at this point. If you are unfamiliar with the local hardcore scene, here is your chance to check it out in one giant gulp. Be sure to bring a friend. Expect to see a full written review of the showcase in the future.
